Who we are

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any message you include. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and schedule the service you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) and delivered to us by email (Resend). These providers process the data solely to deliver those services.
Spam protection
To protect the form from abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and we retain a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your IP address for rate limiting. We do not store your IP address itself.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for {{REPLACE: e.g., 24 months}} so we can reference prior conversations, then delete them.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information at any time by contacting mmohai2005@gmail.com.
Children
This site is directed at schools, facilities, and property managers — not at children — and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date.
